Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Art of Shop mobile application operated by Art of Shop ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with the app's operation
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (shopping lists, items, etc.). By using the app's sharing features, you grant other invited users the ability to view and edit shared lists.

Shared Lists

When you share a list with other users:

• All members can add, edit, and remove items
• The list owner can remove members and delete the list
• Members can leave a shared list at any time

Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
